Refund and Returns Policy

At Heston Cards, every order is printed specifically for you. Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we stand fully behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace or refund items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if there was a printing error. If there is an issue with your order, you do not need to mail anything back to us.

Please contact us at support@hestoncards.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. A clear photograph of the damaged or defective card

Once verified, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your approved refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company first, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@hestoncards.com.
